Description

We are one of the leading local group of companies, and continually expanding our businesses in the UAE focusing on a philosophy of supporting & developing high quality brands throughout the GCC/Middle East region. We are diversified and involved in the sectors of Oil & Gas, Engineering, Construction, Chemicals, Industrial, Retail, etc. We require a high calibre HR Business Partner who will be reporting to our Group HR Manager. Primary purpose of the role: The remit of this role is to provide HR consulting & advisory services to the operating companies/business units. This will include, but not limited to: 1. Working closely with BU Management team to provide business focused HR solutions that add value to the business and support business goals. 2. Picking-up and reviewing current HR projects and recommend the ways to improve existing HR processes and systems. 3. Assisting Group HR Manager in formulating mid to long term HR Strategies aligned with the corporate & business units\' strategy. 4. Developing & designing the integrated HR development systems in the following areas: • Competency Framework & Mapping • Performance Management System • Career and Succession Planning Frameworks
